This program converts indexed text files into Categories format.

Arguments: source.txt Result: source.cat

source.txt must exactly have the following structure:

<source>::=(<index><label>["\n"<Description>]"\n")+

<index>::=(<number>".")+

<label>::=<text>

<description>::=<text>

<text>::=<any text with no digit at the beginning of any new line>

<text> can contain <index> strings that must refer to an exisiting <index> in source.txt.

Example:

1. Car

1.1. VW

Volkswagen

in Wolfsburg (see 1.2. ff. for some competitors)

1.1.1. Golf

1.1.2. Passat

1.1.3. Jetta

1.2. BMW
